Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

WedgePilot (“we”, “us”) helps solo founders evaluate B2B SaaS opportunities. This policy explains what personal data we collect and how we use it.

Data controller

Altoria Digital (SIREN 909 750 390), 47 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France — contact@wedgepilot.com.

What we collect today

WedgePilot is pre-launch. The only public page is the waiting page, and the only personal data we collect is the email address you submit to join the waitlist. It is sent to our inbox by email; we do not store it in a database, and we do not use analytics or advertising trackers on the waiting page.

How we use your waitlist email

Solely to tell you when WedgePilot opens and to offer the founding-member rate. Lawful basis: your consent, given when you submit the form. We never sell your email or share it for marketing.

Retention

We keep waitlist emails until launch and for up to 12 months afterwards, then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Processors we use today

Resend (transactional email delivery, EU/US) transmits the waitlist message; Vercel (hosting/CDN, USA) serves the site. Both process data on our behalf under their own data-processing terms.

Once the product launches

When accounts open, using the product will additionally involve: account details (email, authentication data) and the content you enter — ideas, notes, and the analyses you run — stored in a private workspace tied to your account. To generate an analysis, the text of an idea will be sent to AI providers (OpenAI) that process it on our behalf; product data will be stored with Supabase (database hosting). This section applies from the moment those features are available to you; this policy will be updated with the launch date.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, receive a portable copy, and object to or restrict our processing. For the waitlist, the simplest path: email contact@wedgepilot.com from the address concerned and ask to be removed — that both unsubscribes and deletes you. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr), the French supervisory authority.
